You include a feature that tracks your session volume (like train heroics) and then have the option to view weekly total volume
This tracking feature could be great for monitoring training load for total body, upper or lower body lifts to ensure enough effort and recovery is being given

App tells you total volume of weight lifted of that workout, and keeps the history so you can see the progression. A graph of this would be really cool as well.

Have the ability to track total volume lifted for a session, on a graph for example. Then be able to go back and look at the total volume lifted for the previous weeks sessions etc. This a great way to track progress.

Be cool to see how a client has progressed over time. Displays for weights completed over time and also total volume over time. Eg. Deadlift achievements since start of training or total workout volume shown in a bar chart.
