When a user (on main screen) pulls down to refresh data, the app should synchronize with all connected services (such as MyFitnessPal, Apple Health, etc) for newer available data and metrics for a more informed and accurate data graph with latest values.

Currently the user has to do this manually.
By going through:
Settings>Connected service>Pressing “Sync now”

Automatic sync is available but happens once a week of once in a day.
