when adding breakfast, lunch or dinner etc if it showed the combined Macros for each meal after you’ve added all the ingredients and the amounts.
for example adding spaghetti, cheese and chicken with the amount and it summarising
For this meal
carbs = fats = protein=
or at the bottom show the amount this meal would add into the macros with the rest included so you know where you are at

Show macros for each item saved in the meals. Example, if I had rice chicken and asparagus it would show macros for each item so if I have 6 pieces of asparagus and I’m over macros I know where I can cut back, if I’m pre planning

So glad to see someone had already suggested this (which is what I came here to suggest)! I consider this feature an essential part of other macro tracking apps and would really love to see it on Trainerize so I can keep everything in this system.
