Sync with Samsung Galaxy 4

Please support Galaxy watch/Android! Particularly as MFPal going premium

A ton of our clients own other fitness watches besides apple or fitbit! Just posting this since none of the other threads have up to date responses from admin and it seems the entire community has been asking for this for years

Android controls over 70% of the market and has done for 5 years, thats 70% of potential clients I have that miss out of the features we pay for. Not to mention this thread is over 2 years old.

Need to be able To sync my Samsung watch to the app to track steps, heart rate, etc why is it that only Apple or fitbit but no android?

I do not like the IPHONE so I have a Samsung Galaxy with that being stated I also have the Samsung Galaxy Smart Watch. Please add an option for me to track steps, etc using the watch.

Since your team has not been able to make progress on integration with Samsung Health, here is a workaround that integrates about 80% of the data.
This workaround is for Android users. I have not test it for Apple.
This workaround requires a FitBit account, but NOT a FitBit tracker.
Setup a FitBit account.
Android Users can download an application called Health Sync by appyhapps.nl
Setup Health sync to "Sync"This data from Samsung Health to FitBit.
In Trainerize, Users then set up syncing with their FitBit account. This should allow for display of the following Samsung Health data is Trainerize
Steps
Caloric Burn
Sleep
Bodyfat %
Body Weight
Lean body mass

Even if you added integration with Google fit, there are some links and integration between Samsung health and Google fit that would allow Samsung users to still get some additional value through your app.
With the hundreds of comments and requests you have here, why can't your staff even reply within status update as to where things are with the integration? This seems like such a massive Miss and failure for an application that has some really good features and potential. This is really a profound miss trainerize

By all accounts, Samsung is one of the top three smartwatch platforms in the marketplace. This seems like it would be much higher on your priority list.
Not having integration with the Samsung platform dramatically reduces the value of your application for anyone using those platforms

Terrible that you don't support the biggest plattform in the world! It's time you grove up and as android support even for watches.

Need samsung/adroid linking app. Why only Apple? There are many with Android/samsung. Need this for clients.asap

its 2022... time to integrate with Samsung Health! I want to maximize the use of this app and its very disappointing that I can't do it

I use Samsung galaxy watch, the Samsung health app and the easy diet diary app... to keep track, now my trainer has sent me this app so i can do additional workouts, how can i add all my data if your app doesnt have those choices to choose from
