Plan AHEAD!
I would love the option to plan at least a full week ahead of time. Being able to meal prep the week on my sunday is important to me and saves my falling off the wagon mid week

Agree 1000000% . I just started today and I was looking for the option to do this, however I haven’t found anything so I assume this will just come up when the plan starts tomorrow. Very much needed for planning ahead

It would be nice to have the ability to add meals and snacks ahead of time, maybe even a day in advance. This would be helpful when meal prepping and having the same meals or snacks multiple times a week.

And for my trainer to be able to see my food log for the week/ day and make suggestions based on what I have been doing.

I also do weekly meal prep. It would definitely help with keeping my routine in order if this change were implemented.

Most of the people are committed to the program but if you give the ideas o the meal plan ahead of time. That will give us more time to prepare and at least have something less to be worried during the first or two weeks.
