Watch should have a start rest timer button

There needs to be a button on Apple Watch that starts the rest timer to save me reaching for my phone between sets

    Please can you add a rest timer on the watch app. Be great to see and get a vibration to know times up so you do t have to keep checking phone.

    From client: I’d really like to be able to start the “rest timer” from my Apple Watch (and see the count down). There was an item for starting that had 7 votes already.
