Family Style / Meal Prep Style - Save the total meal ingredients once and then log how large your portion was. Share total meal with family.
While cooking, log the weights and amounts of the ingredients used. Record the total of this as one "product" or one "food item".
Then, when you grab your portion size for the week, you only have to say how much you grabbed from the total meal and don't have to calculate and add each ingredient again every single day.
Share the "product" or "food item" between family members or friends who are also eating from the same batch of food. That way, only one person has to enter the meal details and everyone else can just say how much they took.
