Watch Improvements
The apple watch sync is nice but there is room for improvement.
One thing I miss from my previous workout app is the ability to see/log the weight in my watch directly without the need to reach out to my phone same goes for the next exercise after the one I just finished. Having to have my phone to log this is an unnecessary distraction if the is could be done in the watch.
Also it will be nice to have a check/done button on the watch and that the rest time starts automatically when you click it.
Having this will limit the necessity to have your phone on hand during a work out and that way you concentrate in what’s important

I want to be able to know which set I’m on right up front instead of checking my phone and scrolling to check every set for the number of reps and all that info. Would be great to just have the next exercise with sets and reps and a field to update how many I did right on my watch when I start a workout.
On the phone make it so that once you start your workout there is an option to view the superset or exercise and a marking to know which set you’re on. Maybe on the Lock Screen too? Just to make it more seamless and quick to track and move on and know which one you’re on so you can focus on doing the exercise instead of tracking everything.
On the Apple Watch add a display that shows the exercise you’re doing and you can enter the reps and weight and click next to make it easier to move through workouts without constantly checking your phone.
