Allow manual Step entry for older Step counters.

Put an option for manual Step entry/correction in the subsystem for those of us who do not have an expensive app or phone app that can be linked.

    I own an older one without wifi or internet capabilities and walk over 5200 steps daily. This would be a great help. Thanks.
