Water intake tracking
Add a water intake tracker to monitor fluid intake as part of a balanced nutritional plan. Hydration is an important aspect of fitness and wellness. Possibly integrate reminders, too, and encouragement when daily water requirements are met.

It looks like they are burying this request again… previous versions of this request had thousands of votes for the past 5 years and then they combined it with a similar request and now it shows as having just a few hundred votes for the idea. Trainerize, why are you handicapping the user experience by not just implementing the water tracking everyone has been asking for?

Have a separate add for each glass of water. I currently use add a snack since I’m drinking water without meals

Hey TZ Team. Any Update on this? This is an important piece of the program and clients would love to track here via downloading another app. Ideally they can add water they drink throughout the day which then shows a total on their dashboard for the day. Thanks!

Add water intake in the meal section. Should not be a separate reminder. Look at my fitness pal something similar. Water intake is very important for people who have trouble drinking water.

Considering the amount of people using supplements with creatine, a supplement that will cause dehydration if you don’t keep up with your water intake, I’m stunned at how long people have been asking for this.

A scalable bar on dashboard where client can just tap every time they drink a glass, so over the course of the day they can track or simply tap numerous times at the end of the day to represent water consumed... it needs to be visual, People are visual creatures.
