Inclusiveness and diversity: Incorporate modified seated versions of exercises for disabled and elderly from beginner to experienced
People with chronic diseases will be encouraged to see themselves in exercise videos. People with arthritis, obesity, MS, CP, elderly, diabetic limb loss, vertigo would love to aee themselves depicted in videos. Show diversity in race, gender, age and ability. All humans have the right to exercise and move their bodies.

I'm looking at software for my business, this looked like a good solution until I tried to build a workout and was horrified at how inappropriate the exercises are for my demographic. I train perimenopausal women who more often than not haven't worked out in a decade. All the exercises in here are way too fast tempo and are not modified at all for beginners little alone people with mobility challenges or health issues.
