A reminder to drink water for Apple phones in the app

It would be helpful to have a reminder to drink water as well as something to show how much is needed for one’s body to be sufficiently hydrated

    Well, they do have apps for that. I wish that the Apple Watch can time how much you drink water every day just like a house arrest monitor/alcohol ankle monitor like they do in probation lol
