Let me put my weight goals for body weight or weight goals for exercises like bench press, or time for running etc
Hi all,
With the latest app, there is a dedicated section in your plans tab where you can see your goals you set with trainer.
As Trainerize is all about connecting you with your coaches and working with them via workouts/nutrition or other ways to hit your goals, we encourage you to contact your trainer to set a goal with you!

I hit flag as inappropriate mistakenly and it will not let me undo it! This was not intentional!

Hi I have a spreadsheet that I use for my client to use for calculating my recommendations for their goals (all based on researched recommended guidelines based on sex and age.. I do like the how you can input body stats for client in Trainerize but they MEAN ABSOLUTELY nothing unless they can actually understand what the results mean to their health and fitness (i have table that explains what categories they fall to) and most importantly they need to have a specific goal visible there that will show them where they need to get to. This is a crucial feature missing in Trainerize and I'm stoked that it doesn't have it already.. I really hate to keep sending my client separate files for this ..
This is what set for all my client goals (health goals):
- Healthy Body fat %
- Healthy Waist to hip ratio
- Healthy BMI (only for obese as not good for some of my athletes)
- Healthy Bodyweight (this one depends on type of body shape and if they are athlete)
- Resting heart rate
- Lean muscle massI am happy supply references to the formulas I use to calculate all above (e.g. Healthy Body fat % for 45 year old male. etc. ) and I'm happy to supply you those (it's all science based researched data) .. it brings massive value to my clients and helps me to sell them more sessions as they are able to see the raw data. This can further be used as a predictor of mortality (i know .. this one is a bit harsh but it's reality.. if someone is obese, high resting heart rate and all that I do actually tell people like a rough lifetime left estimate (again numbers used on science based calculation.) .. this usually works and is that serious kick in the bum for them to wake up and do something...(train with me)
