Ability to schedule workout onto Google / Phone Calendar
Ability to schedule a workout onto a specific time/day so I can see it in my calendar.
Also if my trainer schedules a workout on a day for me, be able to tack it onto a specific time.

Schedule 1-1 clients with my calendar. I block out my availability and they can schedule sessions.

Is there a timeline for this type of feature to be added?
This would definitely help with organization of coaching calls, nutrition calls, online and offline personal sessions, etc.
There are a lot of clubs transitioning into the hybrid system of off and online training this would help a lot of us with those methods. -

One master calendar for coaches to see everyone's scheduled workouts in one place and make changes quickly and easily instead of having to go into each client's personal calendar.

It would be great if this could be imported into google calendar.

It would be nice to have an online booking for clients to schedule training sessions.

Planned 5 years ago....where is this feature?! Being able to add notes to the calendar would be so useful.

Doesnt look like they want to add this, regardless of how many votes :-(

Currently, there is no option for clients to book personal training sessions via the app. In order to keep everything on one place and ensure that the app is all-encompassing, I believe this is a MUST for simplicity and ease.

I currently use acuity for my client / trainer booking. It would be so much easier to have everything all in one place.
For example.
I have clients that I train once a week in person and give them homework to follow on Trainerize during the rest of the week. To book in, my client has to open my calendar link (which they may have bookmarked, saved or needed to find again in an email/message) and book in their next appointment.
If my clients could book their in person appointment through trainerize, it would keep everything more streamlined.

Having a Calendar view with all the clients IN ONE VIEW so we dont have to go on each client to see the sessions we booked in. Also if we could put a time when the actual workout is happening that would be amazing so we can plan better for ourselfes maybe with reminders. thanks

Need this. Having to use my Office 365 to manage my clients makes it complicated switching between technologies. There should be a calender whereby I can make notes of which clients I need to contact, record the notes in that appointment but also invite the client so it goes to their calendar as well.

Just a calendar that a trainer can use to show his/her availability for one-on-one or just when you'll be busiest and can't really be bothered. I have a client who has a sporadic work schedule and having my schedule posted for him to see would be much more helpful than us trying to work around the gym (and my own personal) hours.
Example: I manage the gym for 8 hours a day that cannot be overflowed with clients. But I do have one or two days per week that I'm 'off' from work and available all day. This would also allow my clients to see when someone else rescheduled and opens up a slot for last minute training.
