Ability to schedule workout onto Google / Phone Calendar
Ability to schedule a workout onto a specific time/day so I can see it in my calendar.
Also if my trainer schedules a workout on a day for me, be able to tack it onto a specific time.

Give trainers the ability to make appointments within the app for the client. Each client can see the time/date they meet with their trainer. I've had more than a few clients request this as an upgrade. I think it is very necessary.

We are looking for a client scheduing format in Trainerize as well. One like (Appointy) allows you to post your available times and clients can schedule themselves in and block that space. You would still (as the trainer) need to confirm their appointment. This would be a very beneficial tool for Trainerize to have everything in one place.

Yes... Ideally I would manage when I do which workouts in my google calendar. But at the very least, an RSS feed of the trainerize calendar so that I can subscribe to see it on my google calendar in line with my other plans.

It would be great if you guys could add some sort of a session tracker so I know how many sessions each client has left. When I have a busy time sometimes sessions get not counted. I currently use Google Calender to track them but to have button to tap after the time is up to burn that session would be an emmense help for us, thanks

Would like if I could schedule my workouts into my iPhone calendar day planner through the app so they don't get missed during my busy schedule.

This is something I've had requested repeatedly from my busier and/or more organized clients

Just want to be able to reschedule a client's workout for a different day from the mobile app. Things come up and it would be convenient to have the ability to edit client's calendars from the app.

For those clients that heavily use other calendar services such as google or icalendar, this feature could help with overall compliance.

It would be great if the app could sync with your phone calender. Would be much easyer to plan Your upcoming week.

And for clients to add their major events to the calendar as well. If they have a vacation, wedding or a party to go to, so you can help them plan around the events and minimize the potential damage :)

I want this so badly! Being able to write a brief note in the calendar would be incredible!
Also, good idea on the master calendar-- Another fantastic idea!

It would be so nice to just add an accountability reminder note on their calendar -- ex: weigh in / body fat on the 15th and 31st of the month. Almost like usuaing anormal google or outlook calendar. Also, with google syncing (maybe will work with MindBody too) I want to be able to see how far my clients' workouts are scheduled out -- unless there is a scheduled week program, the "needing attention" feature doesn't trigger so you have to individually check each client's calendar to see who needs new workouts scheduled.
Overall, a more user friendly calendar will really help to scale a trainer's business. Have a MASTER calendar of all client's scheduled would be awesome -- think Google calendar with different calendars that overlay each other.
Keep up the great work -- killer platform!

Having a mass calendar that synchs would be amazing. On google calendar you can have multiple overlays. A problem I have is always having to log in to each individual client to know how far a client's workouts are scheduled out.

I use another app (Setster) for scheduling client sessions. If this was integrated into Trainerize, it would be a personal trainer's notebook and scheduler.
