Please give an option to turn off the extra "thumbs up" screen that shows up when you try to check off an activity. As someone with ADHD who already has avoidance issues with going into the app and recording my activities, this creates an even larger barrier to me completing my activities in the app. I absolutely hate it.

Would like to see the "bests for each workout
I wiuld like to be able to go back and review the "best" or "improvements" from each workout. Sometimes I don't get to share it when my workout is completed.

Notes section for the sleep tracker
A notes section for the sleep tracker. I might "sleep" a total of 6-8 hours, but I frequently wake up, sometimes for hours between and it would be nice to track that as well, since it 100% affects health.

Download your body stats
Have an option to download all of your body stats data so you can see your body measure for different parts of your body, not just the physical progress photos.

It’s got plenty of features. Focus on making the **** thing work right. I’m running the app on a iPhone 15 Pro Max and it’s horrendous

App for coaches
Create an app for coaches. For me as a coach and a client I have to log in and log out all the time to switch from my app as a client and the app as a coach.
Or else allow to switch between accounts without having to log out every times2 votes -
App Performance
The features are fine. Havent had an issue with those. But the performance and lag in using the app is my issue. Its quite annoying at times.

Apple Watch
The app goes idle in the Apple Watch. This is very frustrating when you’re trying to keep track of time . The app should stay on throughout the workout just like the Apple fitness app.

separate messages vs announcements
Wish there was a separate spot for my coaches auto messages vs personalized messages. Maybe a spot to message back and forth and then a separate one where my coach and push out auto messages or messages to all clients. This way personalized messages won’t get lost in the mix

Needs tracking of injection doses in milligrams AND injection location.
The shot tracker in this app is useless. A simplistic completed vs. not completed doesn't cut it. People taking insulin or GLP-1s need to be able to track the AMOUNT of their dose in milligrams. They also need to be able to track the exact LOCATION on their body they did the shot since it needs to be moved each time. (For example. stomach - left, 3" from center, left thigh, right arm, etc.)

Add a category for users with diabetic devices like an insulin pump or CGM
Add a category in the app where you can add your blood sugar levels and insulin dosages. Many people deal with this and it is extremely important to keep track while exercising.

Video recording
Hi! It would be great to be able to send videos from my workout and not have to toggle back and forth. Currently you cannot be in your exercise to send a video. When starting a new program it’s important to get the feedback to incorporate my PT teams feedback but quite cumbersome having to look at my exercise plan then get out and into the messages to be able to send the videos.

Allow the system to save items entered. Example: drinking 16 oz of water. I have change the oz each time

Speed up excersise videos as they take too long and its sole destroing trying to play them!
Speed up exercise videos as they take too long, and it's soul-destroying trying to play them! I take much longer than intended doing workouts because the videos take forever. I need to switch to using YouTube as your videos need to load faster. Reduce video quality to speed up playback.

Supplement Tracker
I use creatine and B12. I added creatine to the breakfast menu on the MyFitnessPal, but it's difficult to track the number of days that I have been using creatine. MyFitnessPal only shows "creatine" but there is no option to show how many days or weeks I've been taking it. I keep track of the number of days on my phone's calendar. A supplement tracker would be great for the New You App .
