We are continually updating your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Milestone walk award

    Yesterday the app showed a milestones walk award for 200 miles. Today I received another milestone walk award for 300 miles. There's no way I walked 100 milesin a day.

    The steps to go thru your “things to do” is a little much. Should just be a click to check off. The high fives are a way over the top.

  4. Notes of zoom meetings

    It would be useful to have a section to be able to read the notes from the discussions on the zoom meetings. Including tips/advice/ideas discussed

  5. Measurement for above naval

    To measure that part of the stomach area above the naval. +- the lower rib cage where a lot of fat can accumulate.

  6. Fix Timer

    TIMER Bad!
    I set timer and never will let me know when time is up.NO DING. I have to prime TWICE to get ****. Then 1/2 way through timer quits, no ding!
    Very irritating.

    Don’t give a streak notification or any new screen pop up after i mark off something on my to do list.

  8. Bug fix for better performance

    While the app is running on the background. It slow the performance of the device. Sometime the phone completely starts to hang up.

  9. Better battery and resource management

    The app is absolutely a drain on my battery and phone memory whenever I’m tracking workouts. It also does not like when I exit out of the app at all when I try to record my sets for my trainer. It will crash and lock up the entire phone.

  10. We should be able to select our own language

    The app is only available in english. Nowadays it should not be that complicated to be able to select my own language, which is Dutch. But I think it should also be available in German, French etc

  13. Improve platform reliability and stability

    The app frequently stops working on wifi for me. There also seem to be issues between the desktop version and what's uploaded there by my trainer vs. What I see on my device. Bring back my ability to see and edit my schedule on the desktop version please. Overall, please improve the reliability and stability of the platform.

  14. Offline video watching without internet

    My gym is underground and I have a lot of troubles to load the video that my coach gives me. Can you do a cache / offline system for video ? So we can load video even without internet connection

  16. I wish the app was still working for me. January 1,2024 the app stopped working. Very frustrating. All my lifting records are gone.

    Fix the app to allow my access to continue. Stopped working January 1, 2024. I lost all my lifting information. Also do not know what workouts are coming up. No longer receive group messaging. Pleas fix!

  17. Make achievements be celebrated at a time range

    Having the popuo everyday for every metric of reaching an achievemrent is annoying. Allow setting to turn off achievemtn notifications or to have it celebrate at ranges (every 5 or somethjng for example) instead of every single day.

  19. Calendar feature

    Might seem trivial but most calendars are set up Sunday through Saturday. Its very confusing when I look at calendar in app to see Monday as the first day of week.

    Just read up on it and it appears to be a European vs US difference. I dont see a setting to change this in app but to offer one would be helpful like you do units of measure; metric vs imperial units.

  20. high contrast

    High Contrast mode. Users with accessibility needs could do with options to customise the UI. The app doesn’t respond to the device’s setting for font size. There isn’T enough contrast to read to he screen.
