Choose a different weight for exercise
I like to measure my body weight in lbs but all the weights for my fitness equipment is in kg. It would be useful to choose different weight measurement for each category.

Alternate Workouts
Alternate workouts for individuals that may have a impairment ex: knee surgery; shoulder surgery and don't have dexterity to do exercises. Ability to put those exercises in.

Add a widget on the home page to show your measurement.
Entering measurements seems overly complicated... I added mine and now can’t see them... it would be nice to see a widget on the home page that displays total inches lost and when clicked on takes you to the measurements page.

Audio instructions for newer members who may not be sure if they understand the video without instructions.
I wish there was audio instructions as I don’t see well and am not always sure if I’m doing the exercises correctly if there are small movements. I was disappointed that there was no instructions.

I would like to know which muscles each exercise is focused on. I think that helps me with my form.
For example, on the lines, which muscles should I be focusing on. Clearly it works several muscles in the legs but which are the target muscles.

Ability to track sleep quality and the factors that affect it
Create a scale in which users are able to rate their sweet quality, then have a section including all the factors which could affect sleep quality.
IE: how close to bed time was your last meal, how much screen time did you have in the evening, how much caffeine throughout the day and how late, did you wake up a lot throughout the night, etc2 votes
