We are continually updating your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

    As you loose weight calorie deficit must be auto adjusted to avoid a plateau.

  3. Being able to log temperatures into the app or collab with Cycles app

    Since starting my program I have made amazing progress. I think it would be convenient to log the temperatures in the app. Right now my trainer has me using the cycles app. Regulating your cycle is an important part of a woman’s overall health.
    Especially, learning what our body needs during the different phase of our cycle. It would be more convenient for the trainer to see temperatures to look for spikes in temp to understand what phases we are in.

  4. Adjust calories remaining by calories burned

    For those looking to be in a calorie deficit, our remaining calories should be adjusted by calories burned. For example, if my goal is to have a 500 calorie deficit and I do a workout burning 400 calories, my caloric goal should increase so I don’t have a 900 caloric deficit. We need to be eating enough to fuel our bodies while attempting to reach our goals.

    A tracker to log waste elimination. It's a part of good dietary and exercise habits. Lots of people with problems in this area

  10. Daily goals simplification

    Would be nice to have the ability to simply check off completion of daily goal instead of going through 4 diferent pages.... this part is a bit anoying.

  11. One tap to do list check off

    There are 4 taps ever time you check something off the to do list because of the pop offs it creates. This makes the process long and annoying for the consumer especially when you want to check multiple things off the list. Please make it a one tap check off.

    Section for daily or weekly goals what can be ticked off. I find this will provide motivation as I’m looking at the app daily and hold me more accountable to those. Coach can also keep track of those.

    Be able to set a total daily amount and track it as you do carbs, fat and protein. Would be very helpful for those of us on a low salt diet.

  14. Option to log emotions or write notes at the time of eating and/or training

    I think it would be amazing to have the option to identify emotions and/or a place to write notes about what deterred me from my healthy eating habits or why I didn't workout as planned. For example: I was feeling stressed out from work; I had an argument with my significant other; a close friend/family member passed away; I got married; I lost my job; I got divorced; I'm overtired; at a holiday party and my self-restraint was gone; I felt depressed or lonely; and any other life factors that impact healthy eating, motivation, and focus.   15. Behavior streaks should maintain even when retroactively filled in.

    If I perform the behavior but forget to click the button, I lose my streak. Not in reality, just in the app. There should be no penalty for going back a day or two and filling in missed behavior markers.

    When looking back at historical data, please make the calories consumed/burned, step count, etc values display as that day's value, not current day

  20. Total weight moved

    In the Strong app it shows the total weight moved for each exercise and a total workout. This is helpful for an overall progress indicator when you excel in one exercise but perhaps don't on another during a given session.
