Simplicity please!
I live alone and there’s no way I’m going to chop, grate, shred, cook and plate 3 meals a day, dirtying multiple utensils, pots, etc every day. Please be realistic. A suggested daily menu has 17 different food items to create 3 meals. I don’t have the time or the desire to do all that cooking and I don’t want to have to shop for all that. That’s supposed to be simple? Please rework your concept of simple.

Teaspoons to tablespoons
I like to cook in large batches each week, and i love that I can switch from 1 serving to 5, but the teaspoons do not convert. If the recipe calls for 2 tsp and I increase the recipe for 5 servings, it lists 10 tsp instead of 3tbsp and 1 tsp. Or if I'm using cooking spray, 17 sprays is excessive for 5 servings, but 1/8-1/4 cup is more manageable.

Ability to view/explore meals without entering the “Add Meals” function would be helpful in browsing and editing foods and meals. Thanks!
it would be helpful to add the ability to view and explore meals and foods without entering the ad meal function. Currently the workflow is that you enter through the Add Meal function, and then can create a meal or explore. I would like the ability to just simply explore recipes and options without entering the add meal function.

Meal Planner Recipes Export/Import to MyFitnessPal
I prefer to enter and track my meals in MyFitnessPal, since I have almost 2 years of preferences and recipes already there. Is there an easy way to export a recipe from the Meal Plan in Trainerize into MyFitnessPal? Currently it just tells me to enter in MyFitnessPal and then I have to manually create the recipe. I can't seem to figure out how to import it from the web either, since all the recipes just show up in the Trainerize app or as a pop up browser window. (so there's no web address to import from). At a minimum…

More food planning options
In Custom food there should be more options to customize your food entry like in my fitness pal. For example im not able to enter separate ingredients for a specific recipe just the macros and there is no Serving option to choose from as well, this would help a lot. Also when choosing and food in your history, you should have the option of deleting foods that you dont use as much anymore or don’t intend to use in the future so you wont have to go through a HUGE list of foods just to find a specific food. This…

Show the amount of fat, protein and carb per food. Show what gives this the highest fats and protein so you know what makes things good/bad
You can’t see which foods caused you to go over your goals. Provide food feedback on what is high and should be considered.

Meal plans and a Calorie Specific Calculator
I would like to see a meal planning app that focusses and aligns with the Body for Life Program. Maybe a section that includes appropriate meal plans for weight loss/ fat loss in specific calorie ranges. Also it would be nice if there were an area where we could input our current weight and get a personalized calorie range for weight loss based on age, sex, height.

Grocery list conversion
The grocery list should say EXACTLY how many of a particular item I need. For example: currently in the app if I say I want to make 6 servings of something it auto populates the ingredient amount for 6. So if I need 1/2 a cup of broccoli for 1 serving then I would need 3 cups for 6 servings. But how many bunches of broccoli is that!? So here I am in the store tryin to do conversions and figure out how many cups are in a bunch. The app should be able to think and say 3 cups…

Scan foods without adding to a meal
When shopping, or making meal/snack choices at home, I often scan to better understand healthy options when making choices. It would be nice to scan without having to navigate the whole menu of adding to a meal. Not everything I scan is for a meal, it’s often used for planning.
