Pull sleep data from Apple Health
I have a sleep by numbers bed that uses a SleepIQ app that tracks sleep habits. This data is sent to Apple health. Is there any way trainerize can pull this data into the app from either Apple health or the SleepIQ app? Currently it has to be manually entered into Trainerize.

Allow the ability to access previous workouts that were logged on your schedule.
Allow the ability to go back to a previous workout that was logged days, weeks, or months prior. I like the ability/option of logging details such as your reps, weight used, circuit, etc. But what is the point of logging them into the app if you can not go back to check and compare your progress? I have to use multiple apps to keep track of my progress. Which is getting annoying. I started this routine almost a year ago and can not go back to the beginning of the year to compare my progress. Create a comment section for the day. Let ur trainer kno how u r feeling, if u slept well, ur general feeling as u approach the day or ur training. I would like to use the app to treat my whole person and a diary of wellness is important

Motivational monthly calendar
You could have a monthly calendar showing a symbol for each day when one has completed the scheduled workout. (In the style of the weight watchers "blue dots.")

Insomnia- Add ability to input ALL sleep, waking and back to sleep
I have issues with sleep sometimes, like many do. I can only input my fall asleep and wake time currently. Sometimes I'm up for 5 hours in the middle of the night and then fall back to sleep. I'd like to be able to input all of my sleep/awake times during the night to track it. I'm currently just adding together how much sleep I get in total which is inaccurate of how it really is.

I wish that the sleep goal would automatically be met based on my fitBit information
I wish that my sleep goal would automatically be met by the data from my Fitbit showing I got that much (or more) sleep.

Auto and manual option to check off steps
I would love even if we tick off steps a day late, it won't take the streak back to zero! Either that or fitbit etc automatically syncs steps and checks off itself. Or you can choose to manually check off if you still want to.
