bypass the image option needed when entering a meal
If you're entering your meals after they have been consumed or simply do not want or need a picture, there should be an option to enter your meal with out an image upload

Being able to add macros instead of ingredients
It would be great to have the option of adding macros instead of ingredients. I cook my meals from scratch but have all the macros on the recipe cards Hello Fresh gives me. So instead of spending ages listing 1 lettuce, 1 cucumber, 1 apple, 25gr honey, etc all 20 ingredients individually if I could just enter the protein, fat, carbs, sugar, fibre, salt etc that the meal service has already calculated.

Add food to breakfast/lunch/dinner as well
Once I added a meal to either breakfast/lunch and dinner, the app doesn't allow me to add on any other foods I had in the period once I've saved it.

Need to be able to add multiple pictures to each meal
Need to be able to load multiple pictures during a meal. Ex. If I load the appetizers, I can't load the dinner without overriding the appetizers. Different meal courses come to the table at different times.

Different metric units and be able to enter Different portion sizes
Different metric units eg ml , gm, kg

Add more than one picture to a meal
It would be great to add additional pictures to a meal, so if you have more than one course you had add your starter, main and dessert 😊

Make the meal tracker functional so that you can edit your servings

I don’t like the new upgrade of seperate meals! Please bring back the old version!!!
I like having all the meals to be viewed at once it’s so much easier to update and track. Please bring that back asap!

Allow to change portion size for ingredients tracked
It has the ingredient I want to add but not in the amount I use it in. If there was a way to go in and edit how much of each ingredient I am adding would be helpful for me to accurately track my food

Be able to enter goals on meal tracker for tracking goal intake
Be able to adjust goal of intake on meal tracker for managing daily intake for goal. Like putting how many calories, protein etc. You need to eat for the day. For when you need to adjust goals based on work out goals.

Being able to scan different items when creating a custom meal so entire recipes/food combos could be saved.
When creating a custom food, it would be great to be able to scan different items to create a recipe, or food combination. Currently I have to add up all nutritional information myself and divide it by the amount of servings the recipe makes. Only THEN I can enter as custom food.
I would love to have the app do this for me by simply scanning every ingredient in said recipe, entering the number of servings and have the app calculate the nutritional information for me.102 votes -
To be able to easily edit serving sizes when adding foods
I haven’t found an easy way to do this. For example, if the food item is for 1 cup but I only want to add 1 tbsp, I can’t see a way to change the form of measurement.

Option to just add calories instead of syncing another app! Or simply a tick to say you've had the calories for the day
I don't use myfitnesspal so currently can't tick off or add what calories I've had for the day! Would love a way to do this on the app - unless I've missed the option somehow. My PT gives me my calorie count but I'm just unable to tick it off or say how I've done without going off app!

Takes you many taps to enter a food with prefilled fields
The serving size is already filled in. Just get rid of the pre-filled field and let me enter a decimal. For example, 1 cup is the default serving for milk. So if i used .5 cup, that's like four taps just to enter one food. Delete the 1, select 1/2, save it, then log it. It takes forever to enter a meal.
