Looking at how to do a new exercise should be pics. Not a video
When faced with a movement name I'm unfamiliar with, I'm forced to skip around in a video to learn which machine to use. It's frustrating to wait for the video to load when this could very easily be pictures with optional video

Do a full redesign
Remove open text fields for inputting numbers for weights - so many better ways to improve on this.
Don’t make me scroll to the bottom of the app to go through substitute exercises, only to have to go back to the top and search for that exercise so I can substitute it.
Here’s a small one. Make the ‘x’ that appears to clear the the text field of a search box appear as soon as I click on the box. I don’t want to I’ve to delete a letter so I can select the ‘x’ to clear the text.

Be able to restart workouts from phase 1 if you had to be away for a while
My workouts say I’m in phase 13, but I just got out of the hospital. I would like to start from phase 1 and have to wait for my trainer to fix it. It would be nice to be able to reset it myself if needed.

Multiple programs
Allow multiple programs at once; for example, assign a weight training program for the “usual” workout, but also give a Bodyweight program for working out while traveling/at-home.

Edit and substitutions
Also being able to make substitutions to your workout before you start it and save it for later. Substitution exercises based off muscles are trying to work out would be helpful as well.

Being able to do timed workouts
Being able to do timed workouts with a trainer voice that encourages you along the way. Currently the app has passive timing but it would be great to be able to go against the clock.

Update needed for iphone15!
The camera opening at the top of the iPhone 15 does not allow you to watch the Full Video instructions. It cannot be selected. If there was a play button in the middle of the screen or the button was lower if could be accessed. Thanks!

To be able to swith from a regular training to interval training without having to recreate the entire workout
It would be nice if I could immediately convert a regular workout into an interval workout and vice versa. Now I have to re-enter the whole workout to make it a different type of workout.

Make editing workouts client-side easier
It’s not very user-friendly on the client side to edit a workout, especially to build a workout. You cannot arrange the order of exercises when building a workout. This should change. It should be easier to arrange workouts & edit details for exercises as well.

Ability to add own workout
My trainer has put in 4 different workouts for me. However, I don’t have the ability to add in my own workouts for days I may workout outside of the preset 4. Would be great to see this added along with adding another workout on top of the ones my trainer has set for me instead of adding the exercise in prior to working out.

Add weighted vest to walking and running.
Add a feature to add weight (vest or ankle) to walking and running. Should be able to notate the amount of weight.

Save your weights during your workout so you cant accidentally discard the whole thing
It would be great if you could save your weights and reps throughout the workout as I often bump my phone and see the discard message which is annoying if you do discard the whole thing!

Can’t play demo vids on the iPhone 15 pro max - the play button is now covered by the status display

Customizable beep at end of activity
The beep is too quiet for me to hear at the end of a skipping activity in my yard. I want to customise the sound it uses e.g. a phone ringtone or notification sound or something so I don't have to stop skipping to check it

Be able to see more than 1 program in the app.
Be able to see all purchased programs in the app.
Example… I purchased 6 week body weight shred, 12 week super shred and the 6 week abs programs. I’m only able to see 1 at a time.1 vote -
