Flights of stairs or vertical distance for stairclimber
Normally for running or walking you track distance, calories, incline etc. but it needs to be more specific per exercise. For example, stair master. Should be number of flights vs distance and level vs incline.
For cardio input options (such as stair master) have various options. I typically l rotate between levels so even if we could input level 8-10. And input steps achieved rather than distance. I've noticed newer stairmasters do not track distance. They only count stairs and floors. And so I can't track my amount other than calories.
