Log and track food, calories and meals in app without having to link another app
Should be able to log and track meals without having to link another meal tracking app, for example MyFitnessPal. I don't want to have to download several apps to use the Trainerize app my coach uses
Hi everyone,
Thanks for your great suggestion! We’re marking this idea as completed! You can now track your food directly within the application.
You can change your meal tracker by going to ... in the bottom menu. Selecting Meal tracker and select "In this app".
This feature is available to everyone with app versions from 7.16 and up.
We’re returning your vote to you so please come back to feedback.trainerize.com to add your vote to other ideas.
Thanks!

Allow other apps like Fitbit and myfitness pal to sun your calories burned for the day and add those calories into your daily total.

would love to sync with the Carb Manager app. It’s free for me. My fitness pal is $60 per year for the same thing

The macros on the app show for an overall of the day. I’d love to see my macros for each meal! :)

In order for the app to be efficient, close to real-time updates need to be possible. In my experience so far, it takes several hours for stats from other apps and even stats I type in, to reach my trainer.

This would be such a great help. Switching back and forth is cumbersome.

This feature will add up all of the food that you will eat throughout the day.

MFP has been SO unreliable, so many issues with syncing and working in general. Also raised prices for premium to $20 / month. I’m a nutrition coach and need an app to sync with this one that allows macro tracking, but am over MFP!

My MFP account keeps disconnecting itself.

There are other great food tracking app, can integrate with them, allowing the trainer to see what I’m eating and the nutritional intake.

I have to manually synch this app with MFP every day. It does not auto synch to my 7 Edge android phone. Thanks!

Add an internal nutrition tracking system that can utilize barcode scanner for all food tracking instead of requiring a 3rd party system

People aren’t putting accurate nutrition facts in the app.. so when you search for a food and click on it it isn’t accurate, then someone uses that for their daily macros and they are wrong. Fitness pal should check all of these
