I would certainly appreciate completing a workout automatically adding that workout to the Jawbone Up app.

There are so many different applications for fitness watches, calorie counting etc, if you want to stay on the same playing field you need to integrate with other devices and applications

The cycling option on the app is pretty limited. Integrate with Strava allows more accurate readings taken from bike computers, HR monitors and GPS.
