Add kickboxing as an optional workout or for cardio
More common exercises to insert in General. Instead of one only. Grouping like Kickboxing etc
Add boxing. 3 minute rounds. 1 minute break. Make it where I can adjust the boxing rounds to 4 minutes or 2 minutes. make it where I can make the break bigger or smaller. I like you to make it where I could set the number rounds to like 7 rounds or 9 rounds or 12 rounds.
Can we have boxing as an activity please?
