Ability to reschedule, pause or push back workouts when going on vacations, missed days or injuries
I’ve missed some workouts and it just keeps going as wk1 day 7 when in reality I’m only on wk 1 day 2. I’d like to be able to push the workouts out based on my schedule or if I go on a vacation etc.

Add vacation day and current workout schedule will all be pushed back by a day. Drag and drop works well when moving things around but it is ineffective when taking a few days off and need to move everything back by a few days.

For example, if you have something come up or I go on vacation, allow the app to push back all scheduled workouts a period of time in one click.

There is no pause button on programmed workouts. So if I need to pause if I go on vacation or I'm sick
One button click to move entire week of workouts over a set amount of days.
