Samsung has changed the rules after purchase. I was using my health app and sleep function regularly, however just last week they have decided to charge me for the sleep cycle app. I have tried to complain to Samsung about these changes, again even to complain i would have to pay. I have many Samsung products, its time to rethink our purchases. This is corporate dictatorship to put it mildly. I may never purchase another Samsung product if this cannot be solved.

Please ads samsung so I can properly use the app. I'll have to cancel it if not. I am not buying a new watch that won't sync w my phone.

I have clients feeling very disappointed that they can't track data from such a huge company like Samsung!

I bought a Samsung galaxy 5 and can't use it!

Compatibility with Samsung Health App and Wear OS for Android based Watches like Galaxy Watch.

My client have the same problem tracking steps here with Samsung Health. Not sure what other options I have for her as her MFP would not allow her to track with her phone. Has anyone got any advice on this? Trainerize needs to look into getting this incorporated in the app for steps or it will leave many clients and trainers disappointed and frustrated too.

Please listen to your customers and get this sorted ASAP !! There is a huge part of the community that can't use the full function of this app without this feature.

Working with the Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 and their updated heath platform is a must! The Samsung Health platform already integrates with Google Fit.

This feature needs to be added. Absolutely shocking this integration can't be made.

Please add this feature.
