We are continually upgrading your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Notification improvement

    When I click on a notification, it should take me to that specific item so I know what’s being liked or commented on.

  2. If you accidentally hit the button to end your workout, there needs to be a way to cancel that and resume the work out.

    There is no way to resume a work out if you accidentally hit the button to end it or if you have to pause it. It’s very frustrating.

  3. Make it accessible in China

    I could access the App while I was in China in January 2023. Not know what had happened after that but I couldn’t access the App in following trips in March, June and September. There might be cyber security restrictions applied. Hope you could resolve it so I could continue my training while traveling.

  6. Derby Name

    The app doesn't have a place to enter our derby name. Which should be our primary handle when using the app. An option for numbers and home leagues would be cool too.

  7. Letra más grande; un icono donde vengan los estiramientos; más emojies para el chat grupal

    La letra es muy clara y chica, habemos personas de todas edades, yo no alcanzo a leerla. Faltan e mojies en el chat grupal; podría haber un apartado para los estiramientos, buscarlos es una monserga; los planes de alimentación deberían estar en un icono también

  8. Fix image upload in chat bug

    When I add a photo to chat the app wants asks to wait or close. waiting doesn't fix it. After I add it it still wants to close. Please fix

  9. I need more accessibility features. The color scheme and font should be customizable.

    Whomever chose the dark grey font on a black background don’t have a problem with seeing. The rest of us need something more readable and I’d like to have the power over that.

  12. Fix iphone background performance!

    Fix the fact that when I activate a workout on my iPhone, my iPhone becomes EXTREMELY sluggish and slow and I can’t use any other apps. It’s annoying and frustrating to the point I no longer activate a workout anymore. This issue has been going on for a LONG time.

  15. Streamline the entire interface

    There's too much clicking in various parts of the interface. When I click an item in the check list, it should check off, it should NOT take me to an additional page where I have to click "Complete" and then click again to exit the screen. This is literally the purpose of a checklist, to complete tasks by checking them off.

    It should also be way way easier to roll over unchecked tasks to the next day. Maybe a central feature where you decide if your default is to roll them over or to leave them behind.

  16. Need a reminder to save workout if it’s been more than 2 hours!

    High Contrast mode. Users with accessibility needs could do with options to customise the UI. The app doesn’t respond to the device’s setting for font size. There isn’T enough contrast to read to he screen.

  19. Simple UI/UX improvements

    1 - don’t default to taking a picture to add a meal
    2 - don’t default to a meal time that’s already been entered - if it’s a dinner and I’m adding more it should…
    - add on to dinner or
    - default to snack; and
    - the meal selection should be placed at the end of the screen after meals have been input (so I not am surprised by a pop up)
    3 - the moment I change the qty of a searched food, the app should default to adding a check next to that food - many times…
