Self set active hours
Hydrocoach allows you to set your own active hours in which you're trying to achieve your goals. My active hours fluctuate and I often miss marking my trainerize goals because my day is not over yet. I would love to be able to set my own hours like I can in hydrocoach.

Add blood glucose tracking
Add ability to log and track daily blood glucose. I am sure there are other diebetics out there using this app/program

Sauna estimator
How many people are currently in the sauna would be nice to know especially for the Roseville, MN location since it’s unisex. I’d walk in and it’s packed of men and women so it’d be nice to know. Or build separate saunas for each genders. At times can be uncomfortable sharing with men. Whoever thought of unisex sauna is crazy.

Food Prep
I think that in addition to scheduling our habits (water intake, workouts, macros etc.) daily the client should be able to schedule food prep day. So that I can check it off and my trainer knows I have done it or that I am prioritizing it.

Sync Fix for App Data
The polling from Trainerize to the FitBit app for sleep is incorrect. The sleep reported from Trainerize is different (higher) than what FitBit is reporting. It's appears to be scaled or it's returning the decimal value of the minutes and not the actual minutes. I.e. 30 minutes = 0.5. So 6 hours & 30 minutes of sleep in FitBit is being translated to 6.50 and labeled as 6 hours 50 minutes. Or you know it could also be something else....

Auto and manual option to check off steps
I would love even if we tick off steps a day late, it won't take the streak back to zero! Either that or fitbit etc automatically syncs steps and checks off itself. Or you can choose to manually check off if you still want to.

Get rid of animations when you check a circle
When i’m in a hurry it can be frustrating to wait for the high-five animations for every completed habit/workout. Could there be an option to turn them off for those that feel motivated without them? Or reserve them for big milestones so they feel more special? I just want to check the circle.

Add weekly averages for things like body weight and steps
I track weekly averages of my weight and steps and it would be nice to have the option to select date ranges and automatically see averages.

Add an option to skip the streak page
The page that give you a high five and shows your streak can get pretty annoying. Add an option to disable it. Allowing for faster completion of tasks.

Consistency tracker
Have the option to mark that workout as missed workout & an option to put why you missed the workout. Then at the end of the month you can look at the bigger picture & see how consistent you’re being, or lack there of

Be able to enter meditation and yoga
Would like to be able to qdd other sessions than just exercise, such as meditation, personal affirmations, gratitude list, yoga, breath work, etc.

Ability to add steps instead of kms or time walked
My trainer asks for our steps, not or KMs, time walked or calories burnes, so the ability too add steps within the programme would be great

Be able to enter your own steps or sleep cycle info
If you have different apps you can't sync to trainerize, such as sleep data from sleep number, we should be able to enter it in ourselves.

I like seeing what days i logged in and the times that i did
I like being able to see what days I’ve been to the gym that month and what time that I checked in and out.

Ability to track mood, food and jot down thoughts of the day
I’m working with my trainer on my relationship with food. Being an emotional eater has stalled my exercise progress. So it would be helpful to allow a place to track my daily mood as well as generic notes for that day. Possibly linking to My fitness pal or allow for food tracking in the app would be helpful too
