Suggested food list attached to the macro goals.
Having a short list of "quick snacks" attached to your macro goals portion of the page. This would support the client in picking a suggested "quick snack" to balance out the Marcos. For instance balancing out carbs versus protein. What snack could I eat to lower the carbs and raise the protein.?

Allow clients to add a custom daily habits or tasks
Because our goals often overlap different areas of life, it would be nice to have the option to add a custom daily goal e.g. meditation (or for me, doing some reading).

Daily Goals
Be nice to check daily goals without having to confirm 3 extra screens, with thumbs and noise just to come back to my training schedule which is my focus.

Enter total # of hours asleep
My fall asleep time and wake up time never equal my total sleep time as I get up at night to go to the bathroom. Instead of fudging the times to match the total time asleep, allow us to just log total #of hrs and min asleep.

Editable widgets under My Progress
Have widgets that you can edit/add under the My Progress section. It’s great you can choose the ones that are there to display but I’d like to also see a widget there for additional daily activities I’d like to track like… water (glasses), breath work (minutes). Some things may just flag that a task is complete.. ie: grateful task Y/N etc
In addition you can have free text in some of the widgets to add notes/ diary entries… ie what grateful for that day

To be able to select multiple tasks and goals and hit select vs 1 by 1
Clients should be able to select multiple goals/tasks then select complete.

Interactive area
Meditation area, ability to add your own habits as well, fasting area 12 hours, 16 hours, 20 hours for ketosis with a timer and tracker. Exercise & workout videos - more than what’s currently on the system. More interaction. Meal planning- not just calorie counting but healthy recipes for different areas- weight gain, weight loss, strength, etc

Allow manual editing of time slept. Either data from watch or from manual input.
I’m not able to manually change sleep data. Specially if I entered it in wrong. Allow this to happen.

The ability to view your weight loss over time
Showing a line through the graph of your daily weight entires that more clearly shows your average trend so it’s easier to view your loss

Track additional habits
I would like to be able to track other habits than water (ie. Ate slowly, stopped eating at 80% full, chose whole foods etc)

Visual aspect
I would love to see visually on a body image the specific muscle worked with a specific mouvement; if we are searching to connect the brain with a muscle; to see in the app that image would be an amazing plus

Note section
I would love to have a notes section, not messages to our trainer, and not just comments on workouts or on a board, where we can note things about our day/meals etc. like noting special/unexpected that maybe threw off our day/plan, how you felt about your meals that day, we’re you hungry et. at the end of the day. Anything that might help you and your trainer get a full idea on how your days are going

Track golf handicap as a metric like weight
I'd like to see my golf handicap over time (like weight) to see the correlation of workouts to golf improvement.

Give badges more increments after 100
After 100 the increments are only every 100. More often would be nice

Surveys
It would be nice to have a way to create different kinds of surveys to send to clients. So like a readiness survey before workouts that when they click on a workout they have to fill out that survey before they get started.
It would also be nice to have different kinds of surveys beyond that readiness survey.

Add a workout journal
Add a journal that keeps track of my workout and day. This would allow me to write notes on how the workout went, what to work on in the future, my progress, what worked, and what didn’t, etc.
