Make it easier to add recipes and meals from the discover section
I want to be able to add foods that are found in the discover section while I’m also adding other food entries to a meal.

It should be much easier to see the nutrients of an entered meal
Why is it so hard to use the meal tracking app to actually track the nutrients of individual meals? I should be able to see the details of each meal, not just the summary of the day.

Search function
When I search for something, have my most recently used item come up first.

Be able to edit food logged from the app.
Sometimes we might need to adapt the ingredients in a recipe from the app by exchanging them for something similar or not including them. When we log the recipe, it would be good to have the individual ingredients logged so we can edit them by changing quantities or deleting them and adding others.

Add portion instead of full recipe
When I go to “add food” and then “my recipes”, it adds the entire recipe instead of just one portion. In order to only add one portion, I have to start “my recipes” and then copy to the day.

Food search needs improving
The barcode scanner is very poor. Nutracheck and MFP is far superior. I'm only using this app as a coach requires me to and I'm hating it. I keep scanning barcodes and they aren't recognised so I'm having to manually input them. They are just generic foods from Aldi and Iceland. When you then manually input a good item you can't add all the nutritional info as it doesn't allow decimals either

Why can't I just type in what I have for a meal? I generally do not take pictures of what I eat. I doubt I will report my meals this way.
I would like to type my meal on what looks like a regular calendar with room for three meals and two or three snacks. Or could be a day of the week with space to type it all in. Either way. I'm not going to take a photo of what I'm eating because I don't think about it until I'm done eating. So please just give me some space to do it. IF I want to put calories I will, otherwise, just want to write down what I eat. Period. Might have a separate section to post recipes or request…

It gets a bit difficult to enter custom foods. Too often I enter a food and i forget to enter the “+” then I have to enter it again.
Make the process simpler.

Explode ingredients
After a recipe is created, and you add it to a day, the option to explode the ingredients for a one time change to substitute an item/ingredient

To work with my samsung galaxy zfold
I have a samsung galaxy zfold 4 and the meal tracker doesn't work on main screen or foldable screen, all functions are not available. Need to make app compatible with samsung zfold phones

Improve your food database. Many food items are not available.
Many food items are not available in your database:
- Air fried potatoes
- Homemade corn tortillas
- Extra lean ground beef, pan fried
- Extra lean ground beef, grilled or dry heat
Maybe you should buy a database from another source. MyFitnessPal has a much better database which makes it easy to log food.10 votes -
Allow to go meal tracker without having to skip photo
It always opens the photo first thing. Would like to go straight to adding instead of having to skip photo every time.
I do have my workflow set to fill meal tracker.

Add ability to enter macros.
Tracker doesn’t work unless you use the pre added meals. Why? We should be able to add macros from our meals. Using only the meals in the app is becomes boring.

Allow manual entries for the day to confirm macros without adding actual food or sync with other apps like cronometer
Allow the entry of a days calories and macros without adding food items and meals so if you use other apps you can just manually confirm you ate the right portions. Or allow syncing of cronometer, myfitnesspal, or other apps

Modifying meals
I might be missing it but I'd like to be able to modify the meal selected according to how I'm able to make it. Some recipes calls for things I can't find in store so I'd like to be able to modify the recipe to track my calories and nutrients.
