Non staffed hours report button
needs to be a button that I can report stuff to when staff isn’t here like the showers are overflowing and leaking into the main locker room like they are rn

Amenity Statuses
Display amenity statuses based on member traffic volume in the app. Ex: Towel Service Limited, Steam Room down, Massage Chair Down, Equipment Down etc.
Nothing more frustrating to arrive expecting to use amenities subscribed to only to find them broken or out of service.2 votesHello,

Have a list of friends stored in the app that I can use to check them in.
Instead of using the kiosk, let me save a list of my friends that I bring with me. Then when I check in, let me check them in, too.

Workout Tracking
Allow users to input their own workouts into the app with sets, reps and weights. If I'm not using workputs from a trainer, I'd like to track my own within the app

More user friendly UX and other features
Right now it’s fine, but it’s hard to chat with trainer and send media (vids of you doing workouts) I also wish there was a way to pause the timer bc I spend time waiting for a machine and I don’t want that to be recorded as length of workout finally make there be a way to record reps for right and reps for left

What time I checked in each day so I can keep up with my child care
There should be a feature where I can see what time I checked in so that I can keep up with what time I need to pick up my kids.

Kpi or more touch points to keep trainers accountable to there clients results
As an owner you want to have the ability to not always have to be at your gym and have kpi on your trainers to keep in touch or their Clinet’s accountable . That way we know they are in contact with clients daily and the better our gym retention is .

I’d like the ability to order a protein shake through the app and have it charge directly to my account. That way I can put my order in before my workout is done so it’s ready for when I leave.

Bar Code to scan your child into daycare
Instead of the daycare worker looking your name up and your child’s name up, bring back the QR code to scan them in so it takes less time to check them in.

Make membership card barcode be vertical in the app.
Every time I go to the app to get my membership card the bard code is hard to scan. When I go and add it my wallet on my iPhone it’s the right way but the barcode won’t scan. I always have to have my phone number looked up to check me in.
