Be rewarded points for free items
Just on the like the previous app get rewarded points for each time you visit the gym also time you are at the gym anniversaries etc. etc.

During the initial time of enrollment I was promised UFC swag. A shirt and a bag. Was contacted numerous times and I even referred others to join the gym. Unfortunately, I was unable to attend the Saturday grand opening since I had to work. Today, Monday (9/25) I asked and was told that there were none. I felt that this was unprofessional to not uphold the promise. Very unhappy and questioning my move to UFC.

Same thing happened to me Brian. No warning or ability to redeem anything now.

I agree I lost about 500 points when they migrated to the new app :(
