In app suggested work out routines for members who prefer to self-train. Perhaps a quick quiz to enter level of difficulty and experience, and suggest weekly body weight routines, basic equipment routines, and maybe include gym equipment routines based on available machines in the location the member works out.

Links to workout suggestions categorized by type (upper body, lower body, full body). Or categorized by trainer (ex. Trainers from each location design a workout that's available on the app).
