Staff who know what they’re doing
It would be really helpful if the staff here actually knew how to use the app- since you’re a no service gym and you’re actually recommending people use your app to find workouts, it would be helpful if the front desk staff knew how to access the workouts in the app, or knew how to answer other simple questions like “how do I find my gym pass in the app” and similar. Both times I’ve asked for help the staff have told me they don’t know how to use the app. Frustrating.
