A place to enter to alert staff to broken or not working machines or dirty bathrooms/tanning etc
I come early and the rowing machine was not charged in womens areas and the bathroom was dirty

Honestly biggest issue is the soap dispenser in women’s bathroom and also old yoga mats

The lack of consistent standards ad amenities, such a proper range of equipment, across ALL locations is problematic, specifically at the 145th st. locations. Corporations who operate their businesses in Harlem with significantly lower standards and amenities than their locations are detrimental to the prosperity of our community, In contrast, the Starbucks 2 doors up from the 145th st location looks exactly the same as any Starbucks shop on the upper west side. The facilities at NYSC on 145th are sub par.and there doesn’t seem to be any sense of urgency to address it.

The previous comment is for the 94/jungermann location. I also complained about this last week with nothing still being done. Planet fitness is starting to look good

This entire gym is filthy. The treadmills and all cardio machines are discusting. But you have no problem increasing membership costs
