Reduce clutter
Have a separate app for the nutrition aspect, that you can link to the main app or use as a stand alone, Have a simplified ( apple watch rings) system to show exercise time, steps. Have a my exercise routine where you can list what machine and what you want to do, where you can scan the machine to start your workout an audio ex: leg press with 45 lb 3 sets of 20 reps. Then the next item Treadmill 3 mph for 30 min. The separate app yall have now is not really useful that i can tell.
There is too much clutter and not useful stuff or out of date, the how to use each machine is a good idea but takes way to long to load, maybe brake it up into categories., free wights, wight machines, cable systems, body wight only, cardio
