With the new app it has a set home location, however I do not use this location at all. When I want to find my usual gyms (surrey and Langley) to book classes, I have to manually change it every time. I suggest a way to permanently set up the filters, (settings?) so that it only shows the locations we go to. It is quite inconvenient to book for classes due to this. Also booking more than 2 days in advance.

You just need to select multiple locations in your filter

The only way staff can change this is through the trainerize website that only general managers have logins for. Talk to them and they can change it.

I have literally gone to other locations and requested with a signed form asking them to update my home location multiple times. This STILL hasn't been updated. Clearly since the staff are incapable doing it themselves, we need this function so we can do it.

This seems to be a very popular suggestion and one that seems like it would be easy to fix/modify. If nothing else, would it be possible to keep filters set so that if you filter to see classes from multiple locations you don’t have to set the filter every single time you go to the site?

So I feel like we should be able to change or update our home gym in the app alot easier than it is now i say easier but you literally can't change your home gym once you select one and I really don't like that I accidentally selected the wrong gym for my home gym and now it's stuck on a gym I literally never go to and probably will never go to 🙄

Currently if you want to change which location is filtered for a class search, you have to go to the “filter by” page and then go to the location page, select your gym(s), and click apply there and THEN click apply again in the “filter by” page. The app defaults to just your home gym upon refresh, so this step becomes tedious if you use both gyms regularly. Drop down menu should have the ability to select one or multiple (e.g., check all that apply).

I totally agree. I am not even locked in to the gym I signed up at. It's just a random gym nowhere near me

It's great that I can select multiple gyms to see what classes are going on each day of the week. However, once I find a class and select it, the app doesn't tell me which location the class it at. I have to back out and deselect all the gyms and then try again using one location at a time. This defeats the purpose of being able to select multiple locations. The app needs to be edited so that when a class is selected, it not only shows the day and time but also the location.

Like I take Pilates every week so I can have a separate favourites list with all my regular classes I take each week. Makes it easy to book.

This makes the app an absolutely miserable experience every time I log in. PLEASE fix this

This is the number one change that I want to happen since I have changed my home gym.

I’m surprised that with the original post dating back until May and with so many votes, that this feature has not been changed yet. It seems that it would be a simple fix - to be able to favorite multiple gyms or to be able to keep filters on searches for classes without having to do it every time you go to the app.

An app should be user friendly and this issue is a big problem. I know people who don't bother signing up for classes because of this. And God forbid I want to sign up for multiple classes throughout the week... (better clear my schedule!)

Omg yes!!!! I have the same issue and it's frustrating. When i signed up i had just moved from out of state and was not familiar with the area at all. Found that i had a gym 1 mile away vs 5 but now I'm stuck when i signed up 🤦🏻‍♀️

Yes, this is so annoying to have to switch every single time. I hope they update this for sure.

Filters should be saved for the next time I use the app, or at least have the ability to save default filters.
