FM Frequency to listen to TV

Provide a way to tune to TV audio since not all machines have screens. Other gyms you can tune to low FM frequencies to tune into TV audio and listen through ear buds while you watch.

    Seems weird that there's only a handful of machines that have screens and the TV's don't have captions.
