Meal Plan Ingredients Shopping List
It would be helpful if the meal planner had an option to extract the ingredients for each meal during the week so that I can easily create a shopping list of items that I’ll need to purchase in advance.

Add in a function that breaks down ingredients in a list format / portions that clients should buy each week once their meals have been generated for the week.
