Ability to select home gym and 2 other gyms I frequent. I go to 3 gyms close to my home. Some might have a gym near home and gym near work.
So when I search for a class it gives me my 3 favorite gyms every time.

Class Calendar Length
I love that it puts it in my calendar for me, I do wish it blocked off the amount of time the class lasts for (ie. 60 min, 30 min). It usually just blocks off 15.

Offer Pilates early am or late pm pleaseee
Pilates is only offered at 10am on Tuesday and Thursday can we get a Sunday class or early am like 6am or late pm like 7pm for week days

Aleya Periera - Muscle Mix class
Please consider adding Aleya's Muscle Mix classes in the evenings. I tried her class once and absolutely loved it—she's fantastic! However, many people can't attend her morning classes. Several others have also suggested offering her classes in the evenings.

On the booked classes it’s better to show the cancel button above the mark attented compared to having cancel button as subset on the 3 buttons On top right corner

Identify class changes or additions
Highlight when a class slot has been added or changed. Post a little “New!” or some other indicator on the app to alert members that there has been a change e.g. new class, time slot, permanent instructor, etc. Myself and other members have been unaware of new offerings at different locations. All offerings look the same on the mobile app. It would be preferable for the gym to promote changes via the mobile app.

Set up Recurring Class Booking
Set up a streak-based system where if you check into classes regularly without cancelling, you can unlock recurring class bookings (i.e. if you attend a class regularly, you can unlock the ability to schedule it for every week.).

Make it possible to book discovery sessions, massages, and red light therapy virtually.

Class Equipment required
Add equipment that needs to be used for classes.
Example: boxing gloves, boxing shoes (not required) or clean bare feet.
Yoga: mat
On equipment the gym does not provide or guest would like to bring their own equipment.
Some guest might not like to show feet for kickboxing this would help guest be more prepared for classes without feeling discouraged on any classes guest might want to join.374 votes -

THE WAITLIST IF FULL! How long is the waitlist?
If that’s the case you should add extra classes or increase the class size if space is available.

Almost all the Ignite classes are completely booked. Looking at it's popularity, it should be simple decision.

clearly describe mind and body classes
Mind and body class needs more detailed description. Mat Pilates and warrior yoga are totally different yet both listed as mind and body class. Employees in the front know nothing at all and emailing customer service is even worse. Just ask the instructor to state what type of mind and body class they will offer then post in the description.
