We are continually upgrading your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Therapy pool and hot tub

    There’s kids constantly jumping and splashing around in the therapy pool and hot tub at the West Knoxville location even though there are age restrictions. I’ve informed the staff but usually after they leave another group of kids come in. This becomes frustrating when you’re trying to relax and recover. Especially considering how much we pay. If the staff isn’t going to check in on the pool area to ensure only those that are of age are using it, then at least add a way to notify the staff of issues through a direct messaging system.

  2. Outdoor Cold Plunge

    Most gyms have them and I feel like this would complete this gym. It will also add more benefits to the outdoor portion of the gym. Would most definitely get a lot of use out of it.

  3. Tailgating Policy

    I recently received an email regarding unauthorized entry and the attempted $15 charge for a tailgating incident. While I understand the importance of this rule, I want to clarify that when I enter the facility and see someone I recognize behind me, I don’t consider it tailgating.

    To prevent misunderstandings, it would be helpful to send a clear email to all members outlining this policy. I have also entered with another member holding the door for me out of courtesy.

  6. We should be able to change our home gym easier i accidentally selected the wrong one and now I cannot change it

    So I feel like we should be able to change or update our home gym in the app alot easier than it is now i say easier but you literally can't change your home gym once you select one and I really don't like that I accidentally selected the wrong gym for my home gym and now it's stuck on a gym I literally never go to and probably will never go to 🙄

    Be able to interact with others that go to the same gym as you, follow like and comment on other’s workouts and progress, be able to make your workout public so others can use them as well

  10. Chat with team at home or other location via app

    Chat with team at home or other choice location via app

    Just choose your location like we can to find a class but ideally default location is our local gym. It would be nice to chat with the team. For example, some group trainers don’t know how to set up a class & as members we receive a message that we can’t sign up but someone could help them fix it if we could chat. Likewise, if a class gets cancelled, the gym could notify via the app.

  11. Membership options

    You should after members a discounted rate for children age 10+ to workout with their parents especially during summer vacations. I was told because I have been a member since before the location became a Trufit that I can't add my son to my membership I would have to pay full price to get my son his own membership. That's a good way to lose customers.

    Child care is available Monday-Thursday 430-8but closed on Fridays…. It would be super helpful if it was open Friday afternoons too!

  14. Rooftop Care

    ICONIX rooftop area continues being ignored by staff. Bathroom supplies often empty in the morning. Both rooftop umbrellas are broken, one totally not usable and must be removed as people keep trying to open it, when staff should attend to it.

  15. Being able to talk to sales department when you have a problem on your credit card

    When you call the gyms phone number. You should have the option to talk to the sales department and through the app. I think it's only fair that this gym is not over charging us with their prices.

    My company reimburses for my membership if I go a certain number of times per year. I’d like to be able to get more than just 90 days.

  17. Check-in History

    We should be able to print any check-in history range we want. Insurance companies want to see specific time periods, usually 6 months: Jan-Jun and Jul-Dec. It's a hassle for your staff to have to print it when we should be able to execute on our own. Limiting to 90 days in the past isn't barely useful.

  18. Parent-Controlled Gym Access for Kids without PHONES

    Develop a parent-friendly gym access platform tailored for families where children don’t yet have their own phones. Like Netflix’s profile system, parents can create individual profiles for each child under one account, simplifying gym registration and access management. Each child’s profile would have a unique digital QR code accessible through the parent’s phone, eliminating the need for physical gym barcodes that can easily be lost or misplaced. Parents can control and monitor their children’s gym usage, receive notifications, and set specific access times. This system ensures kids can enjoy gym activities safely and securely, even without their own devices.

    Remove the payment feature especially since you’re unable to cancel your membership through the app and still have funds taken out from your account.

  20. Sell Cottage cheese

    Please sell cottage cheese at the fitness center. Cottage cheese is a healthy pre and post workout snack.
