Water fountain in the locker room or spa
There is no water in the spa area or locker rooms, which is not great if you’re in the sauna and forgot don’t have a full water bottle

Better sauna - mesquite location
The sauna in restrooms has gaps under the door and DO NOT get hot enough. The infrared saunas are only a small 2 seaters not enough for a large gym and always occupied. They only get hot if pre-heated or else it take about 20-30 minutes. One of the saunas is already broken and we’ve only been open a week and a half.

Allow previous CF member to come as guest if inactive for a year
Allow a former Choice Fitness member to come as a guest if they have not been a member in the past 365 days. Really messes up the guest perk if someone had signed up 3 years ago and now cannot come with me as a guest, seems pointless. If the issues is wanting them to sign up again, I think bringing a previous Choice Fitness member as a guest might entice them to join again once they see the new offerings.

Turf Gym Equipment
Love the Danvers location. I use the turf area quite a bit. Something that would compliment it well is a more complete set of kettlebells and med balls. There are good amount but gaps in weights or they stop at 30 lb med balls for example. Also a slam wall of some sort for med ball tosses would be very beneficial. Thanks so much!

Add a cleaning schedule for the lockers. They’ve been dirty for over a year.

More TV especially in front of cardio machines
There are no TV in front of the cardio area. I came from a gym that had like 6 TVs hanging from the ceiling in front of the treadmills and elliptical.

Allow a preferred first name in app
Allow a preferred first name for those who are LGBTQ or those who simply have a preference in the app. That way there aren’t discrepancies for signing up for classes or awkward moments. Please and thank you!

Disposable recyclable cups for water
Please provide disposable and recyclable water cups for times when folks forget to carry their water bottles. The cardio floor at Cambridge only has a bottle filler.

Add a Bluetooth or WiFi tv audio system.
It’s very distracting to have so many different tv shows on with no way to listen. Other gyms have this service. I don’t understand why Fitness 19 does not.

Use Teak Oil on the Sauna Benches.
Teak Oil will help with the wearing shoes in the Sauna problem.

Let us choose the amenities. You'd probably make more money if there was an option to add on individual amenities instead of these 1 size fits no one plans.

Provide notifications for down services.
How many times have you arrived to a broken sauna, closed pool, no showers or in progress machine maintenance? Since basic services at NFC are completely unreliable, notifying members of down services would be very helpful. It’s incredibly frustrating that the NFC app is used as a marketing tool, but not used to notify members when services they are paying for will not be rendered.
