We are continually upgrading your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

    Please consider daycare for Sundays. It’s probably one of the days parents get a day off work and can make the gym. But most need daycare.

  6. members to purchase membership day pass again through the app vs going to the membership site

    There needs to be an option to re-purchase day passes off the app versus going to the membership site and completing the enrollment process every single time. This would be very beneficial for my members of my gym. Gym master has this option.

  7. Billing

    There should be information in the app on who to contact in reguards to billing issues. I got over charged because the app messed up my input when I was placing my routing number into the app to switch from using the Mac card. It is really convenient for people who are deaf to just do thing via apps rather than in person bc no one know American Sign Language. It is convenient for people with disabilities.

  8. Towels

    Feel like it’s incredibly unsanitary to not provide towels at all locations. Also, if a brand has this many locations, it really should provide customers towels. Very normal gym feature. Have been to 3 locations no towels. Don’t know why you put so much effort into these extra features when the basics aren’t covered.

  9. Go to 24 hours OR at least extend holiday hours

  10. Report online a broken machine by ref number

    When a machine breaks down or isn't working, report it with in the app by machine reference number. Giving a short description of the failure. This will make the staff aware to take action.

    Create a place either in the gym or online that lists some the employees favorite places to visit, like Starbucks or Subway. That way, members can get them gift cards as a thank you.

  19. Redeeming points

    I should be able to redeem my points for a shirt/tank top on my app and pick it up at my local gym. Instead I have to wait over a month to get my clothing shipped to me when my local gym has everything I need. My suggestion is to give a bar code after I redeem point and/or buy a shirt/tank from the app so I can go to my local gym scan that barcode and get my item there. Simple things here... we are in 2024 lets do better.
