We are continually upgrading your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Create a Notes page so we can record our workout routines and muscle groups

    I'd like to see a page, where I can note the details of my workout. For example, which muscle groups were targeted or how long we road the bike or which machines we like.

  4. Therapy pool and hot tub

    There’s kids constantly jumping and splashing around in the therapy pool and hot tub at the West Knoxville location even though there are age restrictions. I’ve informed the staff but usually after they leave another group of kids come in. This becomes frustrating when you’re trying to relax and recover. Especially considering how much we pay. If the staff isn’t going to check in on the pool area to ensure only those that are of age are using it, then at least add a way to notify the staff of issues through a direct messaging system.

    Clean the showers & change shower curtains often.
    Water should be hot in showers not cold!
    Locks on doors for better privacy

  8. Follow and comment on other’s workouts and progress

    Be able to interact with others that go to the same gym as you, follow like and comment on other’s workouts and progress, be able to make your workout public so others can use them as well

  9. Chat with team at home or other location via app

    Chat with team at home or other choice location via app

    Just choose your location like we can to find a class but ideally default location is our local gym. It would be nice to chat with the team. For example, some group trainers don’t know how to set up a class & as members we receive a message that we can’t sign up but someone could help them fix it if we could chat. Likewise, if a class gets cancelled, the gym could notify via the app.

    Have the app automatically recognize Bluetooth within range as you walk in the front door and automatically checks you in at the front desk rather than having to scan a barcode

  12. Spin Bike(s) - WEST SEATTLE

    The west Seattle location NEED spin bikes.
    I’ve seen several recumbent exercise bike, personal not my speed. No spin bikes.
    That is absolutely necessary and much obliged if implemented.

  14. Ability to connect with Timex Ironman App

    As a user I would like the ability to have the app connect and sync with the Timex iron Man r300 fitness app which tracks my cardio activities like running swimming biking and cycling.

  15. Have child care on Friday afternoons

    Child care is available Monday-Thursday 430-8but closed on Fridays…. It would be super helpful if it was open Friday afternoons too!

  16. Add how busy the gym is every hr

    Add Garmin Smart watches. Not just Fitbit. Would also be very, very useful if you put the busy times in the app so us as members can see what are the best times to go. Please clear your 🚻 also including the showers.

  19. Outdoor Cold Plunge

    Most gyms have them and I feel like this would complete this gym. It will also add more benefits to the outdoor portion of the gym. Would most definitely get a lot of use out of it.

  20. Tailgating Policy

    I recently received an email regarding unauthorized entry and the attempted $15 charge for a tailgating incident. While I understand the importance of this rule, I want to clarify that when I enter the facility and see someone I recognize behind me, I don’t consider it tailgating.

    To prevent misunderstandings, it would be helpful to send a clear email to all members outlining this policy. I have also entered with another member holding the door for me out of courtesy.
