Auto-progress workouts to make them harder as clients track them
Save trainers time instead of having to manually progress weights

Export workout weights/sets and PR function
If a program ends or a client decides not to use the app, there should be a way to export their highest reps/weights/where they left off, for continuity. Most people leave a trainer once they don’t need one, because they’re comfortable working out on their own. But if the data about personal bests isn’t available to view, how can they continue improving?

More detailed exercises
Make them specific. For example, instead of just "elyptical" add the option for elyptical bike too.

Allow me to enter individual activities!!
Like the old app, we can search activities and see how they work plus times, reps and weight.

Link to data in mapmyrun app ?
This app tracks walks and runs outside, and caloric expenditure. It would be nice to import these automatically. Just a suggestion.
