Customize my own workout
I would like the option to custom make a workout for myself. Just like my trainer did for me. I know I can now, and I did… but the problem I came to was at the end of making one I realized it was only scheduled for the day I made it. I want it to be available anytime on a tab of workouts to choose from. Maybe there’s already a way to do this, but from what I can tell there is not. Thanks. I think the app is awesome!

Amped Fitness has the best instructor Trish
Patricia Alexander is the best instructor for zumba and Pilates classes she has made that gym more enjoyable and group fitness class are happy to have her in that gym , Management needs to respect 🫡 and support her more with equipment she’s a Navy veteran and when it comes to fitness she knows all about it please keep her and support her Amped fitness 16970 Alico road fort Myers Florida

Tell people not to use more than 1 machine at once
People make sets on 3 machines at once, and you can't use any of them.
Please make it clear to people that they need to use only 1 machine at a time.

Lower the temperature
If possible, please lower the temperature.
After a few minutes into the workout, it's getting really hot in the gym, and I think 70 is way too high for serious workout.

More enforcement on using the 30-minute zone
People who are not using the 30-minute circuit should not be in this area and using machines when others are trying to access those stations.

Versa Climber cardio machine at Keizer Oregon location
Versa Climbers are one of the most effective full body cardio machines out there. Having one would be awesome.

Keep the Hammer Strength pieces . Dont sell them
Ask the gym to keep the hammer strength pieces and dont get rid of them in the move please

Add T-Bar row to lonsdale location
Currently there are not any good back exercises, each of the machines have their issue, either being uncomfortable or difficult to use, or the machine is too light.

Add Seated Leg Curl
Add a seated hamstring curl to the lonsdale location that doesn’t hurt your knees or shins while using it. (Get the hammer strength version which is offered in other locations, and not only have the hoist one)

Add in a Workout of the day that members can purchase in app and follow along.
Members are able to purchase a WOD like if it was another POS item or service.

Trap bars (also known as hex bars) can be used for deadlifts and shrugs. It can help put less strain on your joints while you lift heavy.

Ability to export workouts
My trainer cannot add more workouts for me now as I’ve completed one year. If she adds a workout all my previous workouts will be deleted. Sometimes I like to use a prior workout when I’m at the gym on my own and not with my trainer. Thus I’d like to save or export all my previous workouts
