I know it's been planned for a while, but I wanted to pop in here and let you all know that we're working on getting this right. It's part of a larger release that will have this feature along with others you will love. It's on our roadmap and will definitely be coming to Trainerize.

The menses cycle in women plays a vital role in how they are feeling and their training phases. Being able to predict when a client is going to be able to lift heavy and when she needs to go slow would be extremely beneficial
