    I'm a new user and haven't tried the whole concept but here a more a few things that would help PTs and their clients:
    1, myzone integration: helps to keep client's accountable and motivates to higher effort and therefore better results
    2, weekly breakdown of crucial lifestyle elements: daily regime = food timetable, alcohol, stress levels
    3, hip to waist ratio: as a part of more accurate health risk measurement. Better than BMI in my humble opinion.
